Hey could someone please help my i have a Lexus IS 200 1999 and today first my engine started to shake a little i stoped the car and then again started engine i opened hood and there was this part on the picture shaking i puled it with my fingerls a little bit on the right side and it stoped shacking it shakes only when the engine comes from higher RPM to lower RPM on my dash board is engine bulb on but i did not notice any power loose or something

Hello and welcome to the LOC.

No idea why that part would shake unless the bolt is loose but with the engine management light on you need to have the fault codes read and come back with them before anyone can make suggestions as to the cause.
