Brutal Sounding Isf

Recommended Posts

This much louder than yours Stu?

Can`t decide to take out secondary cats first then see how it sounds or do the silencers first. Will have a chat with the local custom shop and see what they think.

Sounds fair bit louder than mine and with no cats or resentors imagine it will drone a lot. Ultimately, if you do something and it's to loud/quiet, just change it :)

Bet you can`t wait!

Are all you guys going to be using the same petrol, just a thought because different octane = different bhp!

Cheers Rob.

Good shout. I always put in premium. Not sure what the others use. Should be a good crack. We have a good range of cars coming. Looking forward to seeing what figures we pull.

I'm running Shell V Power in mine.

Decided on my exhaust setup finally! ;)

I'm going H&S like Stu, but with the second cats removed. I'll then run a set of PPE headers with two hi-flow cat's welded in to the front section.

Did consider bringing a Joe Z PTS setup back from the States (can do it checked baggage! I checked! Lol), but that doesn't replace the naff fake tips. ;)

Should be quite interesting to see how it compares with other setups.

Looking forward to seeing how mine and Stu's compare at the RR day. :)

So replacing first cats with high ones eventually? Sounds good fella. Be interesting to hear sound difference. H&s product really is top notch.

Yes Stu. :)

H&S is a bit chunky price wise when you add the second cat removal. Been quoted £1,260 all in.

Then it's a further £900 for the PPE headers, £300 odd for the hi-flow cat's, £250 odd for new O2 sensors, plus 7-8hrs fitting! ;)

I'm reckoning I won't see much change from £3K.

Next bonus better be a good'un! Lol.

Should be pretty awesome once it's all done though. :)

Ouch! That's one reason I'm not pony chasing with this car. If I get xfr it'll be a map and exhaust and it will be running 560BHP plus and quick as poop.

Pretty much leave N/A cars alone due to cost per pony.

Be great to follow your progress matey.

Wow, that's a lot of cash. I've just about convinced the good lady that a trip to H & S in July is money well spent although it has cost me a theatre trip whilst I'm in the South. Will share the before and after pics after the joyful day.
