Sourcing Parts Cheaper Than Uk

Just thought I would try to pull together any places people have managed to get original parts from cheaper than using the UK dealers.

I am currently looking around and notice a massive price difference between the UK and US and wondered if people have used these parts? are they all the same part numbers? are there cheaper European parts suppliers?

Just thought it would be interesting to see who has saved doing this and if it is worth the wait for the parts.

a lot of people have imported parts for the US, you just need to factor in import duty and shipping. RockAuto is a good place for some OEM and third party parts.

If you want genuine Lexus parts them I'm sure some US dealers will export. A Toyota part number is a Toyota part number, it is the same everywhere. What you might find is the same part isn't actually used in different countries and so the part number you want isn't available.

Lexus is a small market in Europe and so it isn't worth some European part manufacturers actually producing third party products. Service items, brakes, batteries are normally available. Have a look at Euro Car Parts to see what is available for your vehicle.
