I have just had a call from the Dealership

My new Lexus IS 200 Limited Edition is sat in the Handover booth at Lexus Liverpool waiting 4 me to collect

Av only got a half day booked at work.

Who reckons i shud make a run 4 it now and hope the boss dont notice me gone

Enjoy the moment - I can still remember the day I picked mine up.... late september 2000, bright sunny day, plans to go out driving for a few hours - ahh.... unfortunately, I got mine on the day the petrol strikes started - got to drive it all of 20 miles for 4 days!!

I'm going to be in Liverpool briefly on Saturday - I'll look out for an IS200 with a grining driver!

Mind and get some pictures for to look at!

Am quite nervous in a way. although i feel i am quite a confident driver currently i am only driving a 1.6 megane convertible. So feel the RWD 2.0 6 cyl engine will be something that will take some getting used to

Just got back from Lexus Newcastle having picked up my IS 200 LE - I only drove it for 5 minutes (back to work) but have been unable to remove the grin ever since :)

Just have to wait until 5 PM now so I can get take it out properly!
