Ladies and Gents,

I have now booked the venue, and we will be:

Meeting @ 11am

Bowling @ 12pm

This gives us all enough time to arrive nice and early, and have some beers before the game starts !

The price per head is £11.45 (this includes 2 games of bowling and a meal)

The meal menu is as follows :

Spicy Bean Burger

Hot & Kicken Chicken Burger

Chicken Goujons

Cheese & Bacon Burger

Beer Battered Cod Goujons

(all meals are served with fries and onion rings)

I have paid a deposit of 50% wich makes a total of just under £189

I'm going to round up the deposit of £5.72 to £6.00 (to incl paypal costs) - the rest (just under £6) can be paid on the day of arrival.

Could you all please click [ here ] to pay via PayPal, or if you do not have paypal, then please and I will give you my bank details, so you can send the money via bank transfer.

OR

Those attending Japfest can pay me there !

(please include your LOC username on the paypal payment page - those paid will be displayed in the first post)

Could I have all payments by 21st May 2005, as I have had to pay a substancial deposit, and paid that out of my own expense !

Those who have not paid; I am no longer accepting payment for this meet. If the above mentioned people still want to attend, you are more than welcome - however, I am going to be getting a refund for the cash I have paid ............... so you may not be able to play bowling !! (or you may be able to buy some on the day)
