Fargo I dont think any of the unlimited data are actually unlimited they all have a fair usage policy, the web and walk from t mobile is 1gig which now i've use the phone for about a month i dont think normal users would go over but i've got the web and walk plus which has a 3 gig limit which i think anyone would find difficult to max out. Deffo the worst part about the phone is the battery it last for a day if you use it regularly but if your careful and have the power manager set to pretty strick and only use 3g when nessesary you could get longer out of it. there are also larger batteries coming out there is a massive 2250mAh one but it bulks to phone out to about a inch thick, i might get one though for the weekends im away racing and wont have much time to charge it. The build quality isnt great, its not going to fall apart but its just not as sleek and smooth as others out there. But to be honest i forgive it for all the up sides, I dont see any other phone able to do things that this cant, and with some of the apps that have come out for it this has so much to give. Its not crashed on me at all yet and i've had so much stuff running at once. the android system is the heart of the phone and would be pretty crap without it, all apps are free at the moment and the 3g is pretty quick. Cant fault it so far apart from the battery really.

coolio there a few apps that really improve the phones performance looking at a slightly bigger battery as well they do a 1600mAh one which is the same size which should give a couple more hours of use.

Well thought i'd start this up for anyone with one, i think that could only be me and fargo. But it'll give others an idea of all the free app's on the G1 that I've used and found helpful or just tack. Firstly I've got the weather channel which is really handy give you an hourly, 36 hours and 10 day forcast. You can choose from pretty much any town I've come across at the moment. Its also got map features which really bog down if your on 3g but if on wireless its pretty good, you can add layers to your map e.g. current cloud cover, wind speed etc etc etc. Next is Power Manager, this basically has pre-set settings depending on your current battery life (these are all changeable by the user of course). So when you plugged in everything is switched on, when on full battery a few things stay on, then half battery screen times out quicker all BT,wireless etc turns off etc etc. Really handy as its well know that the G1 has a poor battery life. Net counter is also very good keeps an eye on how much you've used over a set time so you can make sure you dont go over your limit. ShopSavvy is probably one of the best app's ive got so far. If your out shopping for Dvd's CD's books games etc you can simple pick up the item scan the barcode and Shopsavvy searches the internet for the item, showing you all the results, it also shows you any local shops that have the item in stock and at what price. Very very trick little app. Nru is a bit of a show off app but is good for when your in a place you dont know, it searches for bars,pub, theatres, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, stations, music venues, you get the idea. Then shows you on a compass how far and in which direction this is all live so when you turn around the items turn with you to show you which direction to go, when you lift the phone up in front of you it changes the display to show as it you where walking towards it again it changes direction if you move to keep you on the right track. If you click on any of the places it has brought up it takes you to a webpage with all there information so you can then book a table, ticket whatever you want. that'll do for the moment i'll add somemore later

Well i've just got back and im F*****g dead went up and down the hill about 100 times, we had a little blue sledge my snowboard and the almighty rubber ring (the type you tow behind boats). Did a couple of runs on the board then made a nice little ramp, my mates looked like they where having so much fun on the rubber ring i had to join in, in the end we got 4 of us on it at once, and by god we were travelling. We missed the ramp every bloomin time from the top so we tryed from lower down and got some epic bails which we have footage of on my mates phone. I'll get them up later. All in all best snow day ive ever had, and the plus side is its stillllll snowing :D O yeah got chains on the yaris is it bad for the tyres if i drive on the bare road with them ? Its been great in the snow overtaking 4x4s etc getting some goooooood drifts going as well :D

Well started snowing in brighton yesterday afternoon and hasnt stopped. Its about 9 inches deep in the back garden. My Dads got a 4x4 so has gone in to the brighton office (hes meant to be at Crawley but there noway he'd make it there). Hes just rung and there cars, vans , even articulated lorries abandoned in the road. So have you got it where you are ? If so what going on ? If you have I would advise not going out in the lexus IS as we all know how good they are in slipper conditions LoL. the only question on my mind is can i go snowboarding on the downs without trashing my board Lol

Well tomro im going up to see Dixons honda integra type r which is in matt black so i'll take some photos for people to see. Thing is usually white or black are the cheapest colours so its probably going to be one of those, thing is the monster is white and i dont wanna be a copy cat so might have to think something up. Zebra strips :D

Yeah i am, not leaving it multi coloured LoL. Not sure on what colour yet i'm thinking matt black but really depends on price. Got Monsters bonnet and wings with some other goodies taking them up to carbon place tomro to get the copying started.

Yeah alot. Matt has cut a bit out of the doors but i'll be cutting even more out. Was thinking of even welding the rears in but then if they get dented smashed in they'd be the biggest pain in the arse to get out.

Well went up to the unit to day to test fit bolt for the g/box. Just need to get a few more now as I didnt get enough. When its all together its blooooomin massive, probably 2 metres from pullys to back of g/box. And one for Aido My multi colour wins LoL And OOOO yes that is a 2.5 V6 manual Omega next to my car. unfortunately its for sale so no drifting in it for me :(

ARghhhhhh beeen done again, another amsterdam person with 0 feedback won my effing phone. Put on a load of things to try and make sure im safe, but im better that this **** ****** is the same or similar ****** time wasting con artist that did me last time im so angry i need the money and because of these **** **** stains I cant sell a legit items ARGHHHHHHH why cant ebay sort this out, im sure they must get hundreds if not thousands of complaints a week because of this activity if i've had it done twice in 2 weeks. sorry for language but im so **** annoyed

Nice find Barry, that a bit pricey. about £14,000. Changed all doors over to Matt's old drifty blue ones. Looks pretty funny at the moment. Went and got a stack of bolts the other day for the bell housing and gearbox hoping i've measured them all correctly.

It take 5 working days to clear into your real account, I'm guessing what they do is get you to send it out then once they have the tracking number they then remove there funds.

Is that a UK company ? The ones on there for the 1JZ's are mainly from the US apart from the xspower one. I wouldnt rap the manifold as lots of people that do crack the manifold, it's meant to resricts the expansion of the metal at high temps which leads to cracking (apparently). My mates old manifold cracked when rapped but his new one was fine when he left it. The bracing you've done will help, Im gonna brace the crap out of mine LoL. Its good to see this back of track and going well
