lexus fixed my cracking noise last week free.its a easy fix.there is a kit they say they have to sort it.no lexus garage should refuse to do this because they admit its a fault.

nice job .i did mine today but didnt remove anything and got the same results.

i use the defi ones.class.

a bike brake cable does the same job.cut the nipple off one end and put a small clamp on it after u feed it through .five quid,no waiting.

fitting a tte supercharger is something you could do easy yourself and sounds so nice too ,its designed for the 200 so doesnt cause any risk to your engine yet gives superb performance.defo turns heads with the whine it makes.

Ah I didn't think of them! They've always got prestige cars, and did you know the little shop there stocks Hershey's bars, yum! With regard to the windscreen, I've phoned RAC Autowindscreens and they've qouted me £197 fitted for a non heated, and £248 for a heated, all inc vat and fitted, sounds better! Sounds like Autoglass just don't want the work or they were supplying OE Lexus glass. Wingmirror on, being sprayed up next week and having the body damage sorted out! I'll post up some before and after pics when it's finished! i dont think either will fit oe glass, only main dealers fit this as i had mine done a while back, i wanted oe and autoglass didnt do it so told my insurance company and they said take it to main dealer. like for like so be carefull .autoglass tried to rip me off by asking for 300 quid off me extra,told my insurance company about this .

welcome,i think its better to put a post up like you have done , there wouldnt be any posts on the site if it wasnt for people like you. regarding mileage etc i would say buy a well serviced model and looked after etc and it should be as good as a low mileage one.good luck on your search , keep an eye out for some that come up for sale on here.

the felt tray is screwed from the underside but it doesnt leave a hole when you remove it , its just plastic underneath,you pull the air vent section on the top towards you , its quite hard but if you get a good grip from the top nearest the windscreen and pull it should slide towards you.

if its been decatted then go to a scrap dealer and try pick up a second hand manifold that hasnt been touched and swap them, worth a try, mine hasnt been decat and is fine.
