    So no engine check lights on the dash? And you've done nothing but drive the car normally? How long have you had it? What is it? An AS200 or RS200? Whats the millage? Any faults in the past? Last service? Last MOT?

    The 4 cylinder 3s-ge has 210 standard for a manual and 200 for an auto. Any pics of your motor?

    Owen, easiest thing to do is take the illumination from one of the switches (TRC switch, rear fogs, etc etc. That's what I've always done, and found the ciggies lighter cables are very thin and tricky to work with...

    I don't think I bought the car because of badge. I always loved the looks - wouldn't have cared what badge was on it. Just like my Tezza now, don't care if it's a Toyota or Lexus - it looks the part and goes well... :)
