  1. Hey folks, Just thought I's let you all know that I have finally managed to upload 10 pictures of my car. They include the TRD badges on the side and the clear fogs. http://www.teamlexus.co.uk/html/modules.ph...bum.php&page=17 Hope you enjoy!:tumble:
  2. Yep Castrol too - mind you I have used BP before too. Don't seem to make a huge amount of difference though...
  3. hhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm. Isn't this intriguing....
  4. Yes - I noticed this when I was debating which kit to go for. I asked My dealer (Leicester) and they reckon as its TTE (It hink thats what he said) who make the kit, they don't make the relevant cut outs etc to allow for the washers. Thats why I went for the TRD in the end...
  5. I'm 24 - going on 50 (Freinds insist on pointing out my grey hair...) But single, free and having fun in my IS200...!
  6. Oh well! They are worth the wait - trust me. Let me know how you get on and what you think.
  7. Hi folks, I work for Capital One Bank in Nottingham - Senior IT Manager. Been there nearly 4 years (straight out of Uni!)
  8. I ave had my car for nearly a year now and to be honest have had very few issues with the alloys. I use autoglym and it tends to remove all brakedust without damaging the laquer. As yet (touch wood....) wheels still look spot on!
  9. I have to admit that the stone chips are rather concerning. When I had my kit fitted a few weeks ago, I pointed out some bubbling on my bonnet near the mesh. This was quickly dismissed by my dealer (Leicester) as "stone chips that have gone too deep into the paint work and YOU haven't touched them up therefore they have started to rust..." I wasn't best pleased. So after a number of discussions, I found out they have Chips Away on site Monday through Wednesday and for £15 they will sort all the chips and rust out on your bonnet in two hours. I obviously negotiated that I ought to get this free... Its booked in in two weeks!
  10. No - didn't go for full beam - I think the ones we have are good enough!!! Don't use them enough to justify it really. Enjoy them!
  11. Yep - I'd be interested too... still a few bits and pieces I could do with!
  12. Hi Ricky, I noticed yo have been having discussions about the bluevision bulbs on another thread and yes they are excellent. I have the sidelights too and find they look great. I do a lot of miles especially coming home at night and leaving at dawn. Good investment as they don't blow as easy as the "Ring" alternatives. Fluff, Thanks for the suggestion. Much appreciated. I ended buying some bulb paint for £5 fcrom a local car specialist. I painted the bulbs and heated them in the oven three times and they are finally red! Shouldn't fade much as I will hardly use them. Nice tjought of yours thogh. Appreciate it.
  13. I ordered them from a company in the states. A friend of mine was out there, got them delivered to him and brought them back for me. They were 60 dollars - a little steep I guess for two lights but for me they finish the back end off nicely...
  14. Hi Folks, I have just recieved my set of clear rear lights and have put them in last night. As you mentioned earlier, there is a pink light rather than red. I have tried to have a look at IS300.net to find some tips but to no avail. Can anyone help? Thanks
