  1. Will have to take some of the interior mate, so i have a record how how it looks now and after i've had a play and added the bits that i've found Hopefully it'll be having plasma dials full carbon dash surround, it needs a new leather handbrake and gearlever gator due to being very worn, move the boost gauge as it looks pants, refit the stereo system, my list goes on and on at the moment Just need a job now so i can get on with it :)
  2. Very nice Mr Mole, :D Your lex is coming on a treat at the moment mate, and look forward to seeing it and yourself again soon :)
  3. Hello and Welcome to the club matey, nice motor you have there, Enjoy :D
  4. Cheers matey :D I looked at quite a few IS200's and a couple of 300's plus soarers, LS400, and even an Aristo but were just not what i was looking for? Think i'd set my standard a bit high and was realy trying to stay with a lex, And i will have another one day (my other half might be having an is200 ) But quite happy with my new project and looking forward to seeing what i can come up with for it And its not got the L on the front but it is one L of a lot faster
  5. Love it matey Cant believe i've had 3 people today say all it needs now is a set of night rider lights fitting been there done that and had the points for it ;) Hopefully start doing some bits on it Wednesday and attack it with the polisher etc? Anyway think that'll be enough pic's now, so will try and be good being as its the LOC and not the SOC :D
  6. Cheers matey :) Yes hopefully still going to the pod mate, just got to get some more funds together now
  7. Cheers Guys and Girls :D Its going to need a good going over with the polisher when it cools down a bit, its covered in tree sap and swirl marks and i'll be removing the kit thats fitted and refitting it to a better standard? but it does go very well and sounds great :) Going to try and get the outside sorted first then move on to the engine bay and interior to get it nice and tidy, few bits that need replacing/tidying but for the price its a good base to start with? Been a member on the skyline club for quite a while now doing a bit of research, but will be hanging around here if thats ok as i quite like it Anyway time for a blast me thinks
  8. Cheers Steve :) The clutch isnt too bad mate, it can get a bit heavy in traffic but nothing too drastic, :)

  10. That paintworks like a mirror, amazing to think its over 12 years old, great looking LS mate B)
  11. Cheers matey, theres an is300 down there that would make a good project and pretty cheap, so not too bothered about it being perfect? as long as its not too bad if you know what i mean? But will get back to you mate, as i'm hoping to have a look at something today
  12. Was just wondering if any of you guys were from around the Harlesden area of London postcode NW10 4TE? Found a car down there but not sure about it? Just wondering what the condition of its like if anyones local and could pop in for a nosey for me? But not to worry if not :) Thanks Chris..
  13. Oooh interesting. A other 200? No mate, something with a bit more power Looked at a few this week but nothing worth the money and been messed about somthing stupid on an IS300 so given up on it now But hoping this one will be as good as it sounds

  17. Sorry to see that Mr M, Looking at the damage though and where a lot of it is on the lip edge, i'd probably be able to diamond file quite a bit of it out? cant really see how deep the scratches are form here though? the piece where the chunks missing would probably need a bit of weld then filing down but would result in a respray and may have a slightly lower section to the rim? But it does look like it could be sorted from here :) By the way mate your lex is looking great and bringing back some memories :D
  18. Happy Birthday chap :D Have a great day :)
