  3. So who is the club longest serving member that is still active? 1 Jan 06 Who the youngest and oldest members? 38 How many Lexus have you owed ? 1 so far but maybe another very soon?? 4. Thanks for the information Chris :D And i do quite like the Legacy, I was looking at one earlier on pistonheads in white which i like a lot, The legacy would be a good motor and cover my needs very well with having kids and a rather big dog to get in :D Is your cousins garage the one at Maplehurst Close in Burslem? or the one on Federation Road in Stoke? Had a search earlier to see if i could find it and came up with those two places? :) Thanks again mate :)
  5. If you could sort me some details out on the skyline and supra mate that would be great :D Thanks again Chris.
  6. Cheers Chris, is that the white supra that i saw a bit back or is that another one?
  7. Just want to say a VERY BIG THANKYOU to all the guys that have helped me in the past couple of weeks since my lex died The response from many of the members has been fantastic in the way they have helped/offered help to me in trying to sort things out :D And an offer of funds to get me going again from Jomo was just amazing, Thankyou matey :D Mr Mole, Neil and Stav thanks for the delivery service guys you have been a great help and really appreciate it :) To name a few of the guys that have helped, Mr Mole, Neil(iceman67), Stav, Gord, Wozza, Rabster, BillyBandit(my brother), Dandydons, and Jomo to name a few :) Just goes to show what a great club this can be and i do owe quite a few beers/favours/help to all you guys that have helped me out, Really Appreciate all of it and hopefully in the future we'll all meet up and have a beer or two (on me) :D And the BANDIT will be back ;) Thanks again guys. Chris.. A few pics in the life of my lex :D
  8. But hello stranger, :D Been a long time and hope you guys are doing well :) Yours is still looking great mate and love the pic's :D Yeh i got the charger fitted after a long time wanting one but as you know it only lasted for less than a 1000 miles Hopefully be back on the road again very soon with another project :D Heres a couple of pics of how mine looked before the fire, had come a long way since you last saw it? Will have to catch up sometime mate :D
  9. When you do a test fit of the front skirt a lot of it will come clear mate, where they mention the primer i think it means to prepare the surface for the double sided tape to stick to, which is what i did using white spirit to remove any wax/polish from the mounting area of the bumper and to give it a good clean surface to stick to? I never had the fiting kit with mine so just used a good 3M VHB double sided tape which worked a treat :)
  10. yes mate always liked the skylines but think it would have to be either the R32 or the R33 with my budget? And my lex has just gone off to its new owner so got to find something soon, and i've got a few plans going round in my head for the next project
  11. What you got mate you got any nice soarers on your forecourt? Still waiting on some of the funds from some of the bits i've sold and from the car mate, so not 100% sure how much i'll have as yet :)
  12. just get the is200 chris mate welcome home mate Hello mate :D Keep looking at that grey IS200 mate that i told you about, and there's a soarer thats over your way at the moment for sale on ebay that i quite like the look of, apart from the rear spoiler its got on at the moment everythings off my IS200 now and it should be going tomorrow :)
  13. Realy not sure what to go for at the moment? I've always liked the Soarers and have said i'll have one sometime? But with just going away on Holiday in a fiesta 1.4 for a week has got me thinking about the size of the soarer and i did really miss my IS200 while i was down there (especially the power) So a bit stuck at the moment on what to do Will see what comes up over the next week or so then try and pick a couple from my ever growing list to have a look at :)
  14. Right guys and girls, Been looking for my next toy but a bit in two minds of what to go for? Do you think i should go for a SOARER 2.5 Twin Turbo?, Soarer 2.5 VVTI with Single turbo?, Soarer 4.0 V8? Or another IS200?? or maybe a Nissan Skyline Cant afford an IS300 and dont really want a GS300/LS400? Thanks for any input :D
  15. Hello and Welcome to the club matey :D
  16. When i swapped mine i just filed the edges of the plate at the rear and slid a spanner onto it, but started to round off when i was right at the end of the thread, so just clipped the Mr Mole grips on it to hold it for the last bit :) Rabs when you do the rear arb and coilovers, remove the arb first before the shocks (Saves pushing against the arb when removing the shocks), and just undo the 10mm nut/bolt that at the end of the drop links and the 4 bolts into the body, but make sure you give the bolts a good spray with some lubricant before you start! The 2 drop links that i left on the rear arb are about 2-3 month old so you should be fine with them :D
  17. That sounds fanastic Dave, and some very good figures again mate :D And i bet it kicks like a mule at the moment now that it has the turbo fitted B)
  18. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATEY :D Hope your having a great day :)

  20. Yeh i'm now back and just very busy at the moment, trying to get things sorted for my next project :) Think i may have found it but not 100% sure as i'm still looking into some mods :winky: Nearly brought a Skyline while i was down Devon though :shutit:
