  7. absolutely outrageous news.I cant understand how a human being can bring themselves to hurt a young child, let alone one of your own.its disgusting and just hope that little girls view of life hasnt been completely ruined.
  8. wing mirror removal from the body of the car is easy to .heres a guide courtesy of Geoffers-very easy step by step(thanks geoffers).Im crap when it comes to stuff like this and it only took me 15 mins to remove the entire mirror following this guide.the wing mirror glass is stuck onto a white piece of plastic which controls the mirror angle,it has four screws holding it in place and behind the white plastic there two little black boxes of electrics located behind it.Ive recently dismantled wing mirrors from my IS and its easy enough to strip until you get to the boxes of electrics. They seem to be sealed shut and i tried everything to get them open but got nowhere.I dont know what to suggest as far as the repair is concerned but hopefully you can have a little play with them and hope its something obstructing the white plastic plate as opposed to an electrical fault.Perhaps Geoffers could help you more as he is an electronics guru on the forum.Perhaps send him a PM before you start surgery. One thing ive found is that once you get past the main box ,all parts are quite delicate so be careful and make sure you have the correct tools before you start or youll do what i did and kill the screw heads by using an oversized tool, stopping me from putting the bugger back together properly.good luck. http://www.geoffh.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ima...rror/mirror.pdf

  15. cheeky,my commentary was awesome. It was clear tho that ze germans angered Bazza, cos as soon as those porkers went past,he suddenly woke up,shot past all the lex boys and caned it all the ways home-very good driving Bazza, especially as you were dead to the world after the copious amount of beer we all had night before.
  16. what a weekend, great laugh and was great company as usual.Sad news about my off,but as Dave explained, wasnt serious in terms of the damage done to the car/wallet or ego and after watching the state of some of the accidents/incidents I thank God for looking after me and Maneesh that day-these things sink in slowly.Anyways wanted to write a lenghty post but think ill save it for tomorrow. Thanks to everyone that was there, from the regulars to those that came along for their first trip-really enjoy myself with my LOC family abroad.Bazza/Janey I love you guys lots-Thanks to all the lads for waiting up for me on the way back,Thanks especially goes to Chris(aztecbandit)who saw me all the way home with dodgy car and made sure he followed me all the way home doing some stupidly slow speeds-many thanks Chris-not only a gent, but a bloody good laugh and now i know your as close as you are to my place, were hooking up for beers very soon(on me ofcourse).Bazza/janey/chris/Maneesh/dave/kami/gord/lee/stav/wozza/milo thanks very much for a great trip and looking forward to the next one. btw someones got my umbrella
