  1. I agree. If your wheels have not been cleaned regulary. Use Wonder Wheels then a good coat of car polish. After you have done this the simplest way to keep them clean is to wash them weekly with soap and water. If however if the are badly pitted you may have to consider getting them blasted and painted. There are specialists who do this but any good bodyshop would be capable.
  2. Sober now! Did remember typing last night, so checked in today to see what I wrote. I have not got Malaria, and yes Mat I am taking the tablets to avoid getting it. The "not spectacular" comment was about the conversion itself, not the engine. The engine would be a great choice. Question? Whats the block in the Celica GT-four.
  3. Matty boy! Just import a 200z. Save the hasstle of fitting an engine which is nothing spectacular as the factory has done it already. If you don't agree.............I am ****** as fart when typing this so will probally not remember in the morning. Working in Africa is great...........................except for the Malaria! I love beer!!!!!!
  4. Buy you supercharger kit off you..................................reduced Scottish rates apply though!
  5. I will tryand find out which other cars use the 114.3mm pcd- 45offset. But you have to remember that if you change the tyre size to a smaller one than manufacure specified you may invalidate your insurance, and warenty.
  6. Oh Yeah! Put me down for one of those free superchargers too.:D
  7. Oil company's will not sponsor or donate to anything unless it is or for a registered charity, that is the only way they can right the tax off. They already spend millions on advertising so we would have to be in world record convoy to get noticed in that way. but it does sound like a good idea, wanna start in Scotland it will get warmer as we go down!
  8. R-tec do a spray so you can colour your hoses yourself, I haven't got there number handy but you can get it from any UK car mag. I have not used the stuff but some off the mags recomend it.
  9. Got a pic of the HKS fitted. It doesn't look to hang down anyfurther than the standard. I think this car used to belong to Superchargedis200 so give him a PM.
  10. A Muffler? Is that a new sort of oral sexual experience? Or do you mean an exhaust back box, on this UK based page!:smilegrin::smilegrin:
  11. Brushes will scratch your car, but if you have a light coloured car you will never notice them, if you have black you will see every single one. never use a drive in car wash and you won't get them.
  12. For the mainland Holland is easiest for me as I can get the ferry at Hull to Rotterdam. As for UK some central race track will do. Even talk to some of the other Jap clubs to see what they go to.
  13. How do you get these to work!:):(:D;):o:P:tumble::smug::smilegrin::wow::saint:
  14. Supra 3.0 TT fitted £5000 that's the rough quote I was given by Fensport for an engine swap. They will no doubt hike that up once they start doing it.
  15. The question would be is have you guy's got to much time on your hands!
  16. Afraid of little old me! They are a 114.3x5 bolt pattern with a45mm offset. If you are changing your wheels it is still best to check with the supplier what offset is best for the size you want to put on.

    New tyres

I have used Avon tyres before and found they were a good balance between performance, wear and price. Falken are also a good balanced tyre. Although these tyres will never perform aswell as your high end brands there value for money cannot be surpassed.
  18. The new IS300 is quicker and gets as good as fuel consumption as the IS200. Stick with us mate!
  19. Any of you guy's got a Black car? If so do you have a problem with scratches under the top coat that you cannot remove even with scratch remover? Help please
  20. I would contact Lexus GB customer services and tell them about your problems, with the reputation they have for quality I don't think they will want you to go and publicly complain about it. e.g Auto Express. On the other hand if you get no joy it sounds like it's time for a trade in, let some other poor sod put up with it.
  21. I'll PM you about this as I can get you the rings.
  22. Hi Guy's I have just been given the task of looking after this area, I will try and answer any questions as quick as I can. If you don't here from me it's because I not at home..................so just fend for yourselves!
  23. Okay got to get a set can't have someone with bigger one's than me!
