    The car still starts , no trouble there , but you have to use your key in the door lock soon as you turn the key the alarm goes off . put the key in the ignition , the alarm still carrys on , until 30 secs then stops . car drives stops , starts as normal you just have to lock it with the key .....

    mmmmm .... quized the missus about it , stuffs it in the handbag (keys that is) , possible it could be that .

    The battery in my key for the remote locking only lasts about 3-4 months and when it goes flat ! It goes FLAT ! not even a glow off the l.e.d . Put a new one in and its fine . How long should i/you get out of them ????

    i used a credit card to prise it open , does`nt mark and of course its your "flexible friend" ;o)

    I use the ones from the market (cheap `n nasty - 200 cds for £15) and have never ever had any trouble ! ;)

    i have a similer rip in my carpet , its just by the passenger seat (where the over-mat finishs) when my wife gets out she puts one foot out the car and uses her foot (with stiletto/heal type shoes on) in the car to push herself out which has left a rip about 1-2" long (which is now coverd up by another overmat under the top mat) . crap quilty ! the cars well out of its warranty so no new one off lexus , they would say "wear n tear". if it was in the house it would be buggerd in weeks !!

    i use the sticky pads that hold on the centre mirror , they make the plates stick/sit closer to the car !

    i use "privilege" who are a sister company to "direct line" and they do modded cars , with a small increase in price , depending on the mods you have !

    "road wars" on sky one last night (wednesday) showed a is200/300 , which had been stolen and was being chased by the police , it was flying !!! even the commenter said it was a subaru (fool) anyway the crook/pikey got away (just) and the car was recoverd (before it as broken) , one part of the chase the n/robber turned into a junction that quick the bobbies had to mount the pavement . it is being repeated on fri/sat night (i think). watch and see what i mean !
