Look at points 90 and 91 Highway code It has actually been clarified dont know the case law though, but if a person pulls out in front of you and there is an accident and they claim that they pulled out because you flashed them it is not a defence and they will be put at fault. Driving is downto your own judgement and you should make decisions yourself. Its the same as indicators you should mke sure that some one is actually turning before you pull out just because they have indicator on doesn't mean they are turning, if you pull out when they are indicating and there is an accident it will be your fault not the person indicating. And yes i use Auto very good idea, who cares what other people think if lights go on for tunnels and bridges, you shouldnt give a shiit what others think, only opinion that matters is other lexus drivers lol and we know why you did it :-)

my question is what is the guy trying to prove. A dyno can prove your car goes fast but all he proved is that in a striahg line he can go quick. Get him on a track then se if he can really drive or is just a muppet

M5 is a motorway unles im being stupid and motorways have blue signs on them, that one has green signs and is a run of the mill dual carriageway. Anyways that detracts from the matter, i couldnt see the clock was to bouncy have to take his word for it that it was 180 but the guy is obviously a complet CNUT guys like him bring bad name to guys who own nice cars, modded cars etc etc but drive sensibly. Thats the way that cars are built. Its almost impossible to make them 100% accurate (cause things are always changing such as road, wind, tyre depth etc etc) so according to the Law they are allowed to be a maximum of 10% out and it has to be 10% to fast not slow. Only way to tell your real speed is get a Sat Nav out and look at that but as a rule you can normally sit at 75 according to speedo and youll be doing under 70 in real time.

Had the 13 speakers on the SAAB mate and that was ok as car systems go that but this Mark Levinsons system (Dont know if i spelt that right) in the lexus is as good if not better than my surround sound in the living room and there is so much control over it easy customisation and stuff on it, pluss theres the AUx to plug MP3 in which is another good idea.

Think about it logically mate its gonna be the same in any car, thats why they come with headrest, so the passenger can rest their head and then there will be no jerking

So i picked the car up last week sry aint posted earlier been away. Not got any photos at the moment but wil get some soon me hopes. So was a 500 mile ish trip home and was very please cruise mostly between 60 and 80 all in 6th gear and not one problem ended up with an avg MPG of 47 which i think is good as its so new and not far of what my SAAB did. Im just looking forward to putting many more miles on it and just cant wait.

Picked it up last week and drove home 400 miles and jesus ***** is that a comfortable car it wsa bloody awesome. Sat between 60 and 80 all the way and mostly in 6th geat no probems when getting down to 60 in 6th gear it was fine Avg fuel consumption at the end was 47mpg which was quite impressive for me cause the SAAB used to get about 50 MPG ish when on long journeys. Not only that it would have been brought down by the fact that i sat at 130mph on 2 occasions for about 5 mins just to see what it was like cruising that speed and it was magic. Loads less wind noise from the lexus than the SAAB more comfortable ride, standard steroe is friggin excelleng conpared with the SAAB one which was pretty crap. My only niggle was that the rear view mirror was vibrating, so when i got back i spoke to my dealer who said its not the car its cause the speaker on rear parcel shelf, So i went out for a drive turned stereo off and he was right no vibration at all, thats with BASS on 0 so thats a little bit of a design fault but hey who cares what a great purchase so far so good.
