  1. to be honest i don't think a lot of women would know what a lexus looked like even if it bit em on the arse .the top ten are all well know makes of car amd much better known .
  2. do like the look of the R32 ,you have comfirmed what my mate said who works for v/w that i could not live with the suspension of the R32 .he said that no one keeps one for long because of it ,its a car for weekends and is hard to use for long distance driving
  3. i was gonna ask that ,did they give you a good p/x price as i have been thinking about the R32 for a while now
  4. i voted for audi only joking ,i voted for bmw
  5. so in testing this car did he need to be doing 159mph ,i dont think so .it was a blatent missuse of a police veichle full stop .and if you think about it this case has set a bench mark for any copper with police training to take a car out and rag the thing and give the excuse "i was only testing it".
  6. its a question i have thought about many a time ,why are cars made that can go well over 70mph when the speed limit is 70mph were ever you go in this country .seems ridiculous realy when you think about it .i know we need the power to overtake etc but why have cars never been ltd to say 80mph .its got to be the revenue from speeding tickits etc has it not ??
  7. from what i understand it was all recorded on the cars onboard computer ,so caught bang to rights as they say.what amazes me is it must of been one of his own that shopped him so feelings will be running high at that nick for a while .
  8. its done 15,000m had three owners and just had the pads replaced .can anyone smell something ,its either spent a lot of time stopping and starting around town or somethings not right.
  9. i would think the same one he used in the paper ,that he was testing it to see what its full potential was
  10. it was that wireing connector bracket thing that i left loose when i put them back in .
  11. Gold badges just make me think along the same lines as gold rings chains etc .
  12. yes this is what i found and very hard to get it out without damaging bumper .i just kept trying and they came out in the end but i took of the relays that are bolted to the side of the lamp housing and left them loose to refit them
  13. yes they are very rare still can be got from lexus at over £400 each.tyre size for the rears are 275/35 ZR18 on rim size 10jx18.
  14. the alloys sound like a bargain as the tyres alone would be over £150(pirrellis) each.
  15. total crap and typical of the way this country is going .meanwhile i am threatend with a ticket for parking two foot onto a kerb whilst delivering to a shop at 8 in the evening(not paid) because if i go there in the daytime i block the road which is narrow .you know what time i will be going to that shop next week ,just hope the same copper pulls up so i can wipe the smug look of his face whilst i spend half an hour unloading and causing caos down whistable high st .
  16. its probaly a relay of some sort ,i would not worry about it but perhaps someone else could check thiers to see if they all do it .
  17. well done mr morse :) . i work for cancer research uk and was at the race for life at mote park maidstone on sunday collecting clothes and other unwanted items that were donated into the cancer research shops .the responce was amazing and we collected over 300 bags of clothes within a four hour period .over two thousand people attended the race and raised thousands towards cancer research.as matt said the idea of the race is to sponser the runners to raise cash for the charity ,so click on the link and sponser the people that are doing thier best to raise money to find a cure for cancer :)
  18. i took both of mine out a year ago and resprayed that bottom grey bit,but it has worn of again .will do them again and use glass paint this time
  19. to be honest i would not trust any wireless system .i used to install alarms for a.d.t and there systems were good .go for a decent wired alarm as they are much more reliable .
  20. that was a mini war ,he give it some heart though.
  21. good advice baz thanks ,wife now thinks a toy poodle(not the cuddley toy type ) would be better as my younger daughter suffers with asthma and allegies and apparently they are best for this .only problem is there is no way i am walking a :tsktsk: poodle .although i have just found a breed called a labradoodle (xbreed )so am now looking at them but they are rarer than rocking horse poo
  22. yes i did thanks ,they want you to pay to view the ads . .seems to go against the grain a bit ,always thought the seller paid to place the ad not the buyer just to look at it
  23. my aunt had one of them and docile it was'ent ,like the tasmanian devil in a beagle suit .they had it a year and it wrecked every thing it looked at .need one thats cute and fluffy and pulls the chain after its had a dump ,oh and must be able to do that give you its paw trick (kids like that)
