I think some of the older episodes were in front of a a live audience. I watched the Smeg-Ups program last night and they were getting laughs for the mistakes, or so it seems. Not having an audience could make a difference - it must be much easier to do good comedy when you have an audience to play up to. The 2nd episode was sometime of an extended advert I thought. Lots of shots of DVDs, boxed sets and loads of other RD paraphernalia. Still, better than nowt. Malc

The auto setting on my wipers is bordering on useless. It's so unpredictable. Sometimes it's OK others the windscreen is soaked and it still doesn't kick in. Wish I'd got the intermittent option rather than the auto. Is it just me? It's driving me spare!!! Malc -

Forgive my ignorance but if you add items like superchargers or change the inletor exhaust characteristics do you have to get a tweaked ECU? I ask because the ECU will be programmed based on the factory spec car wouldn't it? So the next question is how do you know what needs tweaking? Not tat I have any intention of doing it - just interested. Malc -

My previous car was a Prius. The 12v battery lasted 4.5 years before it showed signs of problems. Toyota had problems sourcing one so I used 3rd party one - Excide Jap series I think it was. The forum I was a member of reckoned 4-5 years for a battery was a good innings.
