    Interesting, that link says the same as the Which? Article I posted, except for pre 2001 card which will be £205. Wonder what the 6 month rates will be - haven't seen those mentioned on any of the articles...

    Yep, though I usually find the Which? people to be pretty accurate. There's a link on the article about the new showroom tax that's replacing road tax for the first year of new car ownership as well, which could be up to 950 quid apparently... scary! How is it possible we still have potholes with all the money the government takes from drivers?

    Can I just clarify if you're saying that since you've changed the brake pads over the handbrake warning light is staying on on the dashboard as opposed to the blown bulb warning light?

    TBH I'd love the full whack if I could find one, but 2 problems so far - first being unable to find one (though I have had a good look about!), the second being I have no clue how I'd fit the darn thing... I'd also need the version with the headlight washers. Any idea what I'd be likely to pay? I hunted down the TTE website but the link that says "Prices" just says to call your local Toyota dealer! Helpful... Quite fancied their GrandPrix style wheels as well, thought they looked cool... Obviously though, as I said, I'm likely to keep it standard. mostly...

    Was fiddling about for some reason I can't remember under the bonnet tonight and noticed my front grille isn't properly secured with the plastic screw bits... Obviously I want to replace them so the grille is sitting correctly - anyone know where I can pick up some? Size/Type etc? Thanks in advance! Dave

    how can they possibly sell those? I'm pretty much a mechanical idiot and I know they're a joke... oh yeah, ormi - you do homers at all? I reckon I ought to get a full service on the car, it had 62k on the clock when I bought it, 63 and a bit now, but book shows last service at 46k. With all the horror stories about belts etc I would rather have it sorted and seen by someone who knows what they're about. If that's not an option for any reason, would probably still look to put it into your work if poss? Cheers Dave edit: found item 320500965540 on there too, an altezza with NOS for £13.5K. Ouch.

    Round about this time, I was driving up the bypass, and passed 2 IS200s (one blue on a private C reg plate, one green on an x plate). Since it's not a common car and they were one in front of the other, I figured they were together?

    I'm with esure, 5years protected NCB and £350 excess, total premium for me is £352.21... I'm 32 in case that matters
