HI go for the orig 18" sport wheels but be prrepared to pay for the centre caps .

nearly ever car designed after 2005 is built with a price in mind and not a standard as they were prior ot 2005 i had been a honda owner for some 25+ yrs ( lexus wernt about then ) having virtually ever model they produced prelude x4 crx x2 accord accord type r accord aerodeck nsx na1 s2000 x2 jordan civic, logo etc and the build quaility was second to non so in 2007 i bought my wife a civic gt 2.2 diesel and was utterly discgusted in the quaility "lada esque " door handles sat nav that pack in ! knocking from front , gearbox was shocking ...i then went to lexus (pre owned ) and havent looked back wife has a 250 se-l and im going to buy another gs300 sport .. what people dont realise is we all drive around in cars 5-8-10-12-15 yrs old and expect them to be just as they rolled off the line . ... ive tried the bmw -merc -wouldnt go no where near a vw - stuff and nothing compares to LEXUS ..... just my pennies worth .

were these problems due to prior owner neglect or as they say in the trdae owned by a "weekend millionare" , who dont look after them right !!!

sorry if this has been discused at lenth but my wifes 250 57 reg rattled when 1st started when we purchased it with 101k . i changed the oil and filter to no avail then put some wynns top end treatment and some zx1 extra lube its now 5 months later and no ratle on start hot or cold . hope this helps someone else . cheers

hi my 250 se-l take a while to warm up , just had an rx 2004 and it warmed up by the end of the road 1/4 ml whereas the IS take well over 1ml would a new therm and/or flush help or is this norm.

just sold the gs 430 sport ..going to new owner in "france" ? guys who viewed it spent 1hr and 35 mins going over it took @ 70 pics between them even took pics of the oil filler hole !!!!!!! volt meter check header tank check for co etc etc etc etc etc etc etc ... paid drove away ...so it must have been as good as i said it was . but have used the monies to buy the wife an is 250 se-l auto ...so over to the is section ...bye

popped into Halfords today ( well it was that or next with the wife) and spotted the "black box" by turtle wax ... half price 12 quid it has a pre wax a canubra wax and a spray finisher 2 cloths and an applicator pad , specially for black cars ... bit dubious but for 12 quid ???? any one tried it on here ?

I recently had my exhaust replaced I wanted it noisier as I could here the fan on the heater running whilst doing 50 mph ? my wife has a leaf (all electric) and there wasn't much diff in my gs 430 ? re tyres .. Michelin tyres are one of the quietest on the market

my gs 430 lasted 4 weeks on 50 quid ? sat on the driver for 2 of those weeks lol

tyres can be of diff sizes between manufacturers kuhmo are very wide in my exp even tho they all say 225 etc if you put a load (of same size diff manuf) together is very visual

hi I had my 430 sport done 2 weeks ago by CUSTOM CHROME in Nuneaton warks from the cats back full stainless with tips 650 ... took it to them @ 10 it was ready by 4 ? bit far to travel tho.
