errr... get a decent dot4 brake fluid, e.g. Motul, Castrol, Mobil -
parts in the US are not always cheaper, and a lot of the cheap stuff vendors just sell crap ...

mounting points are slightly different between the GS and IS

The GS mark2 front calipers have the same mounting as the Supra JZA80 2-pot calipers or the Aristo/GS Mark1.

The TRD coilovers are REALLY that stiff. TRD coilovers are tuned for (semi-)racing, and then you require stiff... The Sportivo are a total different kind of driving experience ...

It will be easier to replace all the Toyota emblems (on a Tez) then to do an engine swap. Lots of parts need to be replaced as well, for instance the transmission is different too. So ... GET a TEZ ...

Note... Mintex M1144 are a special compound (higher friction) and come in a blue box. I doubt that most of you have used it before in a Lexus, since it does not come with an e-mark. M1144 compound are comparable to the Ferodo DS2500 compound and have a significantly better stopping power compared to the EBC Greenstuff. The Mintex pads that most of you have ... are the Redbox compound, which provide a bit better stopping power compared to stock, but are priced similar (or even cheaper) than the stock pads. -
You forgot the most important reason ... The IS200 has approx. 155hp, while the Altezza has 210 horses under its hood.
