Gear change feels better since I changed it.. Don't really feel the famous 1st - 2nd notch any more. Wasn't to keen on the small metal spurs that had built up on the drain plug though!!

Did the same thing with my one... Didn't like the look of the battery which was some aftermarket cheapo white thing... So changed it for some fancy black one. Any excuse for a mod! :P

Very nice even got a nice artistic angled shot! by the way how much is it lowered by, or have you just taken the springs out!!

I managed to get just over 1.5Ltrs in there before it came over the top.. Should I try to get some more in... Could I just say one thing... If anyone gets chapped lips put some of the above spec oil on them, it does wonders!! (ended up blowing it down a length of hosepipe!! )

Ahh I think it may have been over filled and I've not taken out the correct lower bolt? I've taken one more out here

On the gear box is it the star shape nut on the bottom and the Large 22mm (24mm?) nut/bolt, that are the one's for emptying and filling. ..and is it just a case of filling until it comes out? (Got a 1ltr bottle)

When I get rid of my car it will be 6-7yrs old. And I was thinking is it going to make a difference if it has FLSH. There's specialist garages for BMW, Alfa around my way etc. Plus there is also a garage which every local knows does a very good job. So I was thinking that if I'm going to sell her private when the times right (which also means local) is a FLSH worth it.............. ....... Whats do you think?

Problem is he wants to get to Immingham (top arrow in my pic) and I live in Petersfield (Just outside of Portsmouth.. Bottom Arrow). So not really a worth while trip.

PS If any members are interested in selling their IS200 Sport (preferably in Black) then please send me a PM. My maximum price is around £10K I remember someone was selling there black sport to get a BMW 8series, can't remember who though :D -

Bit , but am I right in saying that the gearbox oil is 75/90 ? helping a bloke round the corner from me and can't remember what I put in my one (Castrol Syntrax/Sytrax? I think)
