  2. Hey, I've been using this obd reader for about 2 years now (even used it at work in a main dealer) and its great :outforcount: no problems what so ever . It is a generic one which does like everycar but at its price its cheap and well worth it. Use with an app on android called Torque Pro and it displays any fault code and countless live information. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Maxiscan-ELM327-Bluetooth-Wireless-Diagnostic/dp/B006JJZVQE/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1428239913&sr=1-1-fkmr0&keywords=Maxiscan+Mini+ELM327+V1.5+Bluetooth+Wireless+OBD-II+OBD2+Auto+Car+Diagnostic+Scan+Too https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.prowl.torque&hl=en_GB

  6. I've used Team Heko's one quite a few times in the past, looks good and its quite sleek, some of the stick on ones stick out a bit too much for me. Team heko are decent price can find them on ebay
  7. A good read http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=30261
  8. Hey guys, Just wanted to know, if you fitted smaller/bigger wheels to your car, and the rolling circumference is out, what would the effects be? I looked on the internet and they say that the speedo reading will be changed, and one site said that the gear train or gearing would be affected but doesn't say how it would, so any one know about that?
  9. I'd just let Argos customer service know, and let them know of what happened, and say your not happy with it, but your willing to keep the older model of the TV, if they give you another voucher of a smaller amount or something?
  10. Civic is a good choice (they got panoramic roof too :hocus-pokus: ), they do them in 2.2 diesel too Theres also civics hybrid which are alright Accord (probs be the closet match to your lexus ie: reliability, interior quality/gadgets etc) Toyota avensis /prius Volvo s40 Passat/Bora/Jetta

  14. Hey pm sent, and I think there is an age restrictions for drivers on classic car insurance too, 21 or 25 or over? Just like traders insurance, I'll just wait another year and once my insurance comes up for renewal I'll be hunting around for insurance on an is200 :P
  15. Yeah thought so lol, or more people would be driving right now :arrrggg-matey:
  16. Hmm, I thought insurers stop doing that, like I know with my current insurers (LV) anyone under 25 can't drive any other vehicle third party, but i'll check into that!
  17. I honestly don't know man, the one car I actually want and I can't get it Edit: If I can get insured on more powerful or equivalent cars then can't see why not the Lexus
  18. Think I'll just have to get another car for the meanwhile tbh, and get a Lexus next year or something, man I really wanted one :<, thanks for the help though guys
  19. So I just used moneysupermarket and used my post code and the cheapest was like 10k, I used my cousins address in Nottingham, and the quotes come around 2kish mark.
  20. I can't believe they won't insure you just because of your age. There seems to be plenty of people your age and under driving IS's. Something your not telling us? Some convictions or frequent claims maybe? Haha, nah all clean and legit here man seriously, and yeah thats what I thought, I'm not sure what it could be though :s EDIT: But when I do cars like, audi a4, honda civic 2.2 diesel etc they give me quotes so must be something about the lexus? lol
