Flashing Tape Sound Proofing?

I've used it and found it to be fine. done all my boot out as the noise from my exhaust (blitz Nur-spec ) was echoing when the boot was empty. Lined it with flashing tape and now sounds as quite as when the boot is full to brim. -

The guy i bought my 18" sport wheels off had put 20" rims on a MK2 sport. Looked good and had left the suspension standard. Only thing was he had to loose the front inner wheel arches to get full lock. He did in the end get the front arches rolled as they rubbed a little when going over speed bumps but not when cornering on roundabout's etc. hope this helps.

Hi Can anyone tell me the part number for the front crash bar for a 1994 Aristo. Should be the same as a uk GS as have standard uk front bumper. Many thanks Rob. PS. Has anyone got all the part numbers on disk ?

You won't need a big amp as ther've only got a tiny magnet and don't take much to drive them. I only have a small two chanel alpine amp on my sony sub and its fine. But it's all changing soon so will all be coming out and new going in.

I know mine was 12" as tried a 10" JBL and it fell through the hole. So now have a sony 12" as it's the only one that fits for depth. the UK GS must be different size to the Aristo.

The guy who has a workshop next to me has two wide body ones and 3 or 4 normal ones for spares. His always moaning as rust is a big problem with these cars. But must say they do look nice even if a bit dated now.

The most I've ever got out of mine is 450 miles on a tank but the norm is 150-200.(got a heavy right foot!) But who cares when you can have that much fun. rob

Yes it has a spoiler but not as big as yours. When I purchased them I got import ones as code is differnt to uk ones and they said it was due to the spoiler being larger than uk version. They were £20 cheaper as well but took 3 weeks.

Mine did this as well but after nearly knocking the wife out I decided to replace them. Cost about £90. Now it pops up about an inch and stays up even in windy weather.
