    The owners name is don. Hes on facebook a lot. Nice bloke. He wanted my white ls400 but i sold it before he had a chance to get down. I was thinking of getting his as a stop gap. I think the winning buyer didn't materialise

    Dont listen to me though. I dont keep a car for more than 6 months. Simon the lpg man goes on the elgrand oc a lot. I wouldn't bother with the mileage you do. I had loads of grief finding places to fill up

    I on the other hand would say no. Use it while save for another if you like it. And maybe pay a bit more next time and get a really good one

    On the bmw i had . After refitting a battery the car had to be driven a while to reset the traction control light

    Well if i dont like the ellgrand ill be coming back to one . Will have to be that pale green colour though

    Yes bought one off of a breaker. I did already have a master key. I cant remember if you need that to turn the ignition on or if you can use the valet key.

    If its like the ls400 i had i bought a 2nd key with transponder. I then bought a new blank that comes with the plastic part where the transponder fits. Get the blank cut to copy the key that works. Then put the old transponder into the new key. Then reprogram the new key with the old transponder in . There was lots of info online to tell how to do it for the 400

    I thought the dhp pack cars came with a wooden and leather steering wheel. I had thaton my watch list. I thought it was a mk4

    My accident involved someone just touching my bumper and a tiny mark on the rear quarter. The car was worth 1800. I asked for a new bumper think what with hire car costs for the week theyd write it off. Couldnt believe when they agreed the repair. Garage took 3 attempts to get it right and 10 months later the claim is still on going and my insurance has gone up on my car and van .

    Funny enough the 3rd partys insurer is churchill. Been lying through their teeth the whole time. Ive now got a personal injury solicitor and a solicitor for the claim and neither are in communication with each other

    Its bad enough when your fully comp. I had someone hit me last april. Ive got a witness and photos of the car with a time date and location on the pic and still the 3rd parties insurer is refusing to pay out. My companies been bloody useless too

    Ive found most insurers either wont or dont want to insure third party. Sometimes even dearer for it. I suppose there thinking it your wanting to do a scam youll be more likely to take the cheapest quote as you can

    Theres a few people running lpg on them on the elgrand forum. Ill see how i go with it and maybe have it done. I looked at alphards but not keen on the shape.some of the higher spec ones are up with lexus levels of spec

    Looks nice. I dint think id have the guts to buy something as complicated as a project. Then again in still poncing about on mx5s.

    3.5l petrol. 240 bhp i think .Mines quite a low spec one i think. Got rear camera and keyless entry though.

    I saw that. My favourite colour in a 400. Would have looked if i didnt have an elgrand on the way from japan. He wanted 2k for it

    I was lucky . Found a key local to me straight away

    I did one recently. Piece of cake to get it to start the car. Bit harder to programme it to unlock the car. Cost me 3 for the blank. 15 to have it cut. And 20 for the secondhand key
