  1. Thanks for the replies. I now have to decide if I’m going to press the big red button and buy the one I’ve been looking at.
  2. I just caught up on the thread lol. change of topic. Are mild mods with RCFs instantly voiding warranty with Lexus or can they be worked with to have agreement eg wheel/suspension/exhaust?
  3. Yeah i could tell it was dunno shoulder shrug, i want to get back to perusing my social media
  4. Possibly a daft question, but doesnt hurt to ask Looking at buying an RCF from a trader not a Lexus dealer, all seems in order with respect to Lexus Relax warranty in terms of service history and it is still in warranty from its last Lexus dealer service. However I was reading the T&Cs and came across the following exert: I find point e) to be open to interpretation. So is this regarding first sale (as in it is not an import car) or any Lexus sold private/trade? Ive asked Lexus Chester, they dont know and asked me to ring Lexus UK.
  5. Shame that, im a few weeks late after my epiphany to sell my current car and get an RCF. Lexus Swindon are just asking too much for what is a 2wk flip. Credit goes to the previous owner for its condition, not anything extra the Dealer has had to sort (im assuming). I recall Lexus Swindon were overpricing an ISF I was interested in about 4yrs ago - there was no point even trying to discuss price with them on that. I ended up buying from a Lexus dealership in London
  6. Only window shopping at the moment as I’m waiting on dvla. As none are that local. The Swindon one if I get a deal on it, but suspect many have already been and tried. Very much like the 2018 RCF that came on AT also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I did yes, primarily sold to pay for a new driveway but also a long story of too many options After selling, literally 1 month later I got a promotion at work [emoji849] which changed the landscape. Recently been persuaded to sell my TT Supra. So sell my daily and the TT to fill it with another V8 - either an ISF or S6 similar age and mileage. Were you selling the GS F Sport? 9. Thanks for the info Dealer admitted it’s had rear bumper paint which off the video looks to be slightly mismatched but I haven’t been to see it yet as it’s not local to me. I’m just waiting for my sale to conclude before I go throwing my pennies down on its replacement. Have to be patient Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Nobody with any info? Or been to look at it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Hiya, I know the owner and a genuine reason for the sale. Opportunity came up to take a family members car and he likes to work on cars, he’s no reason to touch the ISF as it’s already done by Pete. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Hiya Does anyone have any history on the Silver ISF at Lexus Swindon. WU13 ETJ or L3 XEF Thanks in advance Chris Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Wanted ISF

Hiya All Looking for a late plate, lower mileage ISF. Low number of owners car. Mostly stock but exhaust/ wheels cosmetics are ok. Not looking for any cream leather, Cat registered or highly modified thanks. PM me if your thinking of selling near North West area. Chris Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Sure, it’s not a thing it’s just a tyre choice As well, you can go a bit wider on the tyre to help as from the pic, your tyres are on the narrow side (which may well be OEM spec tyre choice) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Or buy some wider tyres with curb protection on them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Subscribing :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. And what TVR will that be [emoji1786] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. 2 sets on ebay. You may have to get a set to get one wheel, try Supra forums also Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Those poor birds Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. How do A.Flux handle renewals then? I must admit gone is the courtesy of 28day renewal prics and it’s pushed to less than 14days to try give you less time to shop around. I moved away from A.Flux a few years back because they always had a magic wand that reduces the premium every time I got a cheaper quote. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Yes, local and would be interested Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I just don’t give them the opportunity. I do MOTs and standard repairs like brakes etc at local garage rates at a garage I trust. Dealers only get the service if it’s necessary to have the dealer stamp in the book. But experiences like these above remind me of the risks owning these types cars when things do need manufacture knowledge. Having said that, I would try independent high end car specialists first and travel for that. SRD down south are a pretty clever bunch and are not the types of over inflate costs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
