    I'm thinking about getting the Stainless Steel bumper protector, as in the picture. Anybody already done this? And is it worth the £149.00?

    I just use Gliptone leather conditioner sparingly but, regularly. It cleans and conditions, which is enough as my seats never get that dirty. It leaves a lovely finish and smell of old English leather. If it’s (or was) the only leather care products endorsed by Rolls Royce and Bentley, it’ll do for my posh Toyota.

    Hi all, I’m looking for some advice. My father is long term sick and has been in hospital for over 6 weeks now and will not be coming out until the new year. Therefore his CT is stood unused for nearly 2 months. Should I turn it over, let it idle for a while just make sure the battery and batteries don’t go flat? Or, any other basic maintenance that should be carried out to keep the car in good shape while not in use? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Quick update. Lexus emailed me offering a complimentary winter health check, seemed a bit pointless on a 3 month old car, but I said what the hey, why not. I took the mud flaps with me and cheekily asked, while the car’s here can you fit these for me? They did, for free too! Bonus.

    If you are really that worried about fuel consumption, you shouldn’t own a car. just fill up when empty and enjoy.

    C2PlayAir, just got one and it’s fantastic. Wireless Apple CarPlay, and connected as a WiFi hotspot at the same time. no more forgetting the phone in the centre console as it no longer has to leave my pocket. Bonus.

    Quick question about the mud flaps. I’ve just bought a set of OEM ones, and plan on fitting them myself. However, the instructions say I need to drill a 6mm hole for one of the fittings to the rear set. is that right? Also, won’t that invalidate any rust / bodywork warranty?

    My Bluetooth connection to the NXusing an iPhone SE works fine every time. it’s the flipping WiFi never reconnects without adding it every time, and end up with a page full of “iPhone preferred network” grrr

    Has anyone else noticed the Lexus link app is terrible at locating your car? Just checked mine out of boredom, according to the app, my car is in motion, which it’s not as it locked in the garage. And, when it does find it at home, it tells me it’s parked 9 doors down from my house! not too important I grant you, but if Lexus offer all this connectivity, it should at least work properly.

    Nope, simply won’t remember the WiFi hotspot on the phone and have to link it every single time. Absolute rubbish, so disappointing

    Yes, yes I can Brand new NX 300h premium plus pack, £42,000 retail. Admiral = £850, no ncb, licence only for 6 weeks Lexus = £11,290!!!

    Hi Don, Unfortunately, it worked once, but not now, iPhone locked or unlocked, hotspot on, the NX just doesn’t connect unless I add it as a preferred network again. Then I just end up with 5-6 preferred networks, all iPhone!!
