  1. The only 2014 in the country, but sadly I think only a current ISF or previous ISF owner would understand that. Hopefully it gets sold, but it's in the wrong country. They'd go mental in the States for that!!
  2. With the used car market tumbling, it would certainly make sense. Bar the LFA, Lexus don't make a car that will dodge the ups and downs of the market.
  3. I drove through France and Belgium with a straight piped GS430. The car was even checked over by police at a services as it was on airride and decked at the station. It only had admiring attention and one of them recorded me leaving. Leaving Belgium, the police attention was high due to the event we were at and we had no issues. Bar the obvious (speeding and being an ASBO in built up areas), which I'm assuming you don't, you'll be fine, trust me.
  4. That's awesome mate! I said to a friend of mine that the upgrade made the car feel like a more modern powered sports saloon. It's the best upgrade I think you can do, especially adding the the USRS bushes at the front, that changed the steering like you won't believe. So glad you got it on the car!
  5. The eternal quest is to make the ISF as light as possible for this exact reason. Lexus make 'lardy' cars, so I can't imagine that will change with this new attempt. It'll have the numbers, look the part, but will need some weight loss to be truly enjoyed, especially if they're trying to put it in the same bracket as the GR Yaris (which it won't match). Personally I'd love to see Lexus capitalise on their RCF GT win and go down a similar route with the F range, as Toyota have with the GR, but all hope for another decent sporty car from Lexus vanished when they went all SUV in Europe, bar the sluggish and Titanic sized ES. I do live in hope though!
  6. The whole F range is overweight because they won't compromise on comfort, so I'd imagine the same with this. It's not to say it won't be nice and fun, just not GR Yaris fun.
  7. Hey mate, sorry I never replied to this, I didn't get a notification. I wouldn't say it's obnoxiously loud bar a cold start, first 10 seconds or so it's very loud in the garage with the doors open. If you put it in gear instantly it goes quiet. Once the cold start cycle ends it's fine. I love it and it's a nice V8 noise, not ASBO noise.
  8. Would be a great run around instead of using the ISF all the time!
  9. Spotted a blue ISF this morning heading into Cambridge from Sawston direction. Any one on here?
  10. That's great news. Seems like the place to go in the UK for it, for those not wanting the DIY route!
  11. Contact Reverie in Essex, they may be able to advise on possible next steps. Helpful company when it comes to carbon. https://www.reverie.ltd.uk/contact.php
  12. At the top of Honsiter Pass at the slate mine in the Lakes. Thank you.
  13. Cars tuned by Loi, but other than the K&N Typhoon, Loi informed me I won't see a huge gain considering cost when it comes to intakes. At the moment I'm waiting to get my hands on a K&N and then I'll retune as in his experience, the K&N yields the best result. Thanks for the link dude!
  14. Hi Andy, I'll let you know soon. The exhaust is going through changes (getting valved), but one of the things I want to do is get a base emissions test done. Where did you get your battery from? Thanks Rich
  15. Hey and welcome. Similar mods here, but also running PPE headers, RR USRS and RR engine mounts. Also looking into an antigrav battery and carbon seats.
  16. My set up are 18x9.5 et35 (square set up) I had to shave down the rears but I wanted the fitment an exact way. There are probably better set ups if you wish to not touch bodywork (preferred).
  17. Very fun and underrated vehicles. Making mine lighter and opening up the entire exhaust system from the block has made for an entertaining drive. Also moving the redline and tweeking the shifts makes manual mode a hoot. Let it warm up and let it rip. Amazing machines!
  18. Well done! There are guides on YouTube for it. Compared to changing the headers on the ISF on your driveway, the radiator is an easy job 😆 At least you got it done and hopefully the car runs well.
  19. Nothing wrong with a modified car or even track used car, it's the owner that's the concern and how it was driven. Hard to say when a car has had lots of previous owners, exactly what condition it is in. It also depends on where you plan to take the car. If it's to go on track and be used in such a way, you might not be interested in paint condition, etc. It's all subjective but I'd go and see it in person and see how you feel.
  20. Also missing the centre plastic on rear bench seats. Push start isn't OEM, centre console isn't OEM finish. If you do go and look at any ISF make sure the following: - check cold start and for ticking from engine bay when cold (cracked headers) - remove plastic engine cover and check all round for pink coolant leaks (Valley plate)
