  1. Has anyone recently experienced problems logging into 'my lexus account', difficulty re-setting password or logging into lexus app? Help with troubleshooting needed. Compliments of the season
  2. Most of their production plants were closed in October/November 2021. They fully reopened in December 2021 but had to close some in December due to parts supply/covid. isable them, click here. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone involved for their immense support in helping us maintain production. The global production plan in January 2022 is expected to reach the 800,000 unit level including recovery from previous production cutback effects. In addition, we will continue to maintain our production forecast of the 9 million unit level for the fiscal year. (Reference: Global production volumes were approximately 740,000 units in January 2021) In response to the continuing shortage of parts, we will continue working with our suppliers to strengthen our supply chain and will do everything we can to ensure that we deliver as many cars to our customers as quickly as possible.
  3. Covid + Suez Canal + semi conductors = nothing is certain. But latest Toyota Production Plan for January 2022 is back on track to 800,000 units. Not sure how many of that will be Lexus or become confirmed build.
  4. Placed order FSPORT on 16 November 2021. Estimated handover date 31st March 2022. The status will likely change end of January/beginning of February 2022 given the reports seen here and on Lexus Nx forums elsewhere. 2-5days for build and 6- 8 week for shipping and 1-2 weeks to reach the dealership and 4-5 days for collection. That is, if everything goes according to plan
  5. You are right, Phil. Just like a number of people on this forum, I have owned as well as test driven a number of cars within the same range before choosing Lexus NX eg. BMW X3, AUDI Q5 and Mercedes etc. I have also recently tried Volvo XC60, Cupra Formentor and QV70. Each car have their own pros and cons, nonetheless, I am yet to come across one that I loathe their seats. I visited the Lexus branch, sat in the new NX350 but did not get the impression that the seats are anything but comfortable. I agree DON C may have a point about his experience and I did say 'everyone to their own'. Hopefully, when he get the opportunity to properly test drive the new Lexus NX350, we can all benefit from his own review, which I am eagerly anticipating. Hopefully, I still have a choice to change my mind about my reservation.
  6. Excellent review. Hope we see more of this from those who had the opportunity of a test drive. On another note, some people love to complain about anything and everything. Everyone to their own, I admit.
  7. Someone just picked up their brand new Lexus NX2022 on Lexus enthusiasts Facebook page. Looks like a Japan based customer. Lexus confirmed on their Customer Query/feedback page, that it will be rolling into UK in few weeks time.
  8. Has anyone received any update on NX Delivery yet as ordered? Ordered November for March delivery - estimated.
