    A few pics from JapFest 2 at Donington race track today. Was an excellent day out and nice to see Barrie & Jane as the only other LOC representatives The first few are shots with the guys & gals from http://www.club-jap.co.uk/forum/ who invited me along (thanks STT Tim!), the rest are general shots from the meet. How does the driver of the Mitsubishi Colt manage to get his weekly shopping in there?

    Really sorry to hear about this Chris.....the Knight roundabout can be fast and furious sometimes and gets real greasy after rain, like it was today. But at least you're OK and no-one else was hurt! :D On the errrr... "hypothetical question" it's the luck of the draw, if they can show that the errrr... "mod" was somehow contributory to the accident, they'll hammer you. All the best in this respect!

    Considering the close ties between many of the LOC admin/moderators and TDi I wouldn't have been surprised at all when TDi begged for the post to be closed.... However, it is obviously in every member's interest for the truth to be told and the truth has been told, however painful it may be for the guilty party

    Do ANY of the parts which you supply come with the part numbers removed? What would your view be if you were supplied with goods in such condition? Would you be prepared to accept liability if the part failed?

    Nonsense! This is a complete pile of rubbish, as well you know! And you, as a trader have a responsibility to ensure that your supplier provides you with genuine, fit-for-puprose goods! In addition, this completely invalidates any warranty. It's like going into Curry's to buy a washing machine......you pay for the product, it arrives at your house but it doesn't come with a serial number or manufacturer's papers? Where do you buy your products? From the guy around the back of the pub with the dirty white Transit van? I wonder what Trading Standards would make of your claims? You are on a very sticky wicket here.......

    I remember being stranded at Leon M'Ba airport in Libreville, Gabon for something like 14 hours...after the flight I was scheduled to take left 7 hours Early!

    Glad you're happy with them Robert, uprating the ARB's is easily the best suspension modification you can make. I bet you're loving those roundabouts on Anderson Drive now! :D

    Isn't this all about choice? The two events are completely different and each will attract it's own type of attendee. I don't think there is any element of competition here at all.

    Try fiddling with the switches on the door pillar, they can often jam.
