  1. Hi Will, I have a IS200 cylinder head. I'm in Sutton, let me know if you are interested.
  2. Best place to get these for the 1GFE, anybody know?? Also, would valves from another Toyota Engine fit the 1GFE, like the 1/2JZGE/GTE May be bigger in diameter, but would be heplpfull........
  3. Hi Saqi, please if you dont mind, can you pm me his contact as well as I have a set that needs refurbing. Thanks
  4. Is that on the 1G-FE?? Was the head gasflowed? Which turbo did you use? Exhaust - 2.5" all the way? Used std compression or comptrddion lowered.
  5. 320+bhp at 1bar. Tell me more and how. If I can get closer to 300 brake, that will make me real happy.
  6. Thanks Sam, that will be great. Forged pistons will be even better if you know where I can get a set from. I've already got a set of forged rods. Plan is to turbo the engine to just over 250+ and the std rods are no good as you know. Don't think I'll go beyond 1bar.
  7. Pistons needed for the 1G-FE. Can't seem to find them anywhere on the web, does anybody here have any knowledge if any body supplies them.
  8. Looking to rebuilding an IS200 engine. To those who have done it, wheres the best place (besides Toyota's) to get bearings, pistons, gasket set water & oil pump?
  9. Wheel arch, mmmmm. Will have to take a look. Does the wheel have to come off everytime to do this?? If an oil cooler is to be fitted with a thermostatic plate, might as well fit an oil filter relocation kit. Think pipes with 16mm or 5/8" internal bore should be sufficient. This is what I've been looking at. By the way Ormi, how much is your IS putting out now?
  10. All of us with the IS200 know what a pain it is to get to the oil filter when the time comes to do an oil change. Anybody here using an oil filter relocation kit?? Where did you relocate the filter to?? Kit dependant, what internal bore size of pipe did you go for?? I am looking at getting AN10 which is 15mm internal pipe bore. Will this be adequate??
  11. What about if the manifold and associated cats were left inplace and the secondary cat was removed. That should not throw any codes from the ECU, and free up some gas flow.
  12. Hi Koko, I plan to do the same. Please can you forward me the instruction too.
  13. Got 1 for me today :D . Will try and fit it over the weekend - weather permiting. See what you'll think, will get pictures and hopefully a video. For those of you not interested, no need to discourage the others :P
  14. Cheers guys, still trying to locate bulb holders for this mod.
  15. Long way for oil lines feed and return and where are the air filters???? AMAZING though
  16. Its for just 1 strut which is all thats needed from what I have read. £25 is the price he's quoted me for a minimum of 20 struts, but thats the whole kit. -Bracket to fit to the framework behind the seats -Union between above Bracket and Strut -Variable Force Gas Strut -Eye end union to fit to boot arm/hinge
  17. I'm sure that the PS belt is loose therefore the screeching caused by the belt slipping on the pulley. Get the belt tightned or if needed replaced and all should be fine again.
  18. Could be somthing is causing your parking sensors to go off giving you the continous beeeeeeeeeep
  19. I too want these and found a place to do them, £25 for each with all fittings inc post but has to be a min of 20. Length of strut - 450mm Stroke - 200mm Fittings to both ends
  20. Anybody here using a lightened/lightweight flywheel?? Any difference in low speed driving??
  21. Where can the boot strut be got from?? Luv 2 have 1 as mine just raises a few inches.
