  7. any help welcome. I am a owner of a amazing car Ls400. She is a bit old but so nice to drive. I`m about to upgrade the wheels and to drop the car few inches down. The wheels I`m getting are 255/35/18 on the back and 235/40/18 front. Can any of u can advice me if it will be enough space under the wheel arch to fit those wheels and changing the standard suspension with the BC racing coilovers and without affecting the performance of the car . Any advice welcome thanks all
  8. Hello everyone, Some of you may have heard of MeisterR and other may not. If you haven't then I am sure you will see a car with our stickers at a show or meet soon. :) I have contacted the management to give a great offer to the LOC members. We are clearing out some of the older D.C.S. Zeta Coilovers and would like to extend a special offer to members of LOC. We have a few set of coilovers left in stock for the IS200 and the IS250. The clearance price for the coilovers is only £429 ! and we will include free Delivery to members of the LOC!!! The coilovers are brand new in the box, but will only come with 14 days warranty as it is a clearance item. Here are some pictures of the D.C.S. Zeta Coilovers and when it was installed in my previous Altezza. Here are some basic specification on the D.C.S. Zeta Coilovers: *Alloy Top Mount with Pillowball Bearing *Linear Rate Springs *15 stage adjustable Mono-Tube Dampers *Dual Perch Design For more info, just go to here: http://www.meisterr.com/Site/DCS_Zeta.html The ride height can be set even lower, but it was set at this level for practicality. How to Pay, Price? Due to this being a clearance offer, Paypal would be the easiest form of payment method but I can sort out other ways also. Simply drop me a PM or an E-mail to info@meisterr.com if you have any questions. The price is £429 and LOC members will receive free shipping to UK Mainland Address. All coilovers are "while stock last" and will be send out next day delivery upon full payment. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to answer them.
  9. As title, Im after a set of coilovers for my IS200. Dont wanna pay absolutly stupid price, but obviously dont expect to get any dirt chea. Whats everyone got? Tom
  10. Hi all, So, the 18" TSW''s are lookin rather lovely but I have a 60mm gap between arch and tyre which has to go! I've seen Coilover sets from £700 to £3000, my budget is £1500 max, if I bought the £700 set which are BC (BR Series) how much quality am I sacrificing over a set for £1500? Your thoughts and advice please gents.
  11. Hi all, after several months with my is200 I would make her look better, so tomorrow Ill go to local Toyota to order the original elegance lip. There are others nice (lower) splitters but here in italy the roads are very bad so I risk to break something. I plan for the next future to upgrade the suspensions to make it look and handle better, but the OEM pieces are in good condition now. So I would know what is better, installing some lowering springs (-3 or 3.5cm) on the Oem shocks or wait more and replace the entire coilovers? Is changing only the springs safe and reliable? Or I would spend for the intallation as much as for the whole coilover? p.s. I use my car just for the street, so I would maintain a good level of comfort for everyday use. Thanks
  12. Hi all, Just had a call from Co-ordSport in Tipton. Thay have some TEIN coilovers on a clearance list.. Monoflex at £690 (rrp £1524.00) and basic kits for £315.00 (rrp £660) They list them for the SXE10 so I don't know if they'll fit GXE10 Just thought I'd let you know. I've got HKS springs on already so will pass on the offer myself.

  18. A question for those with coilovers, On my IS i have the BC Racing coilovers, have noticed that the ride height is not equal, drivers side front is slightly higher than the passenger front, and drivers side rear is lower than the passenger rear, (I noticed the same when i had the lowering springs on) The coilovers were set to equal gap before they were put on, the question is how do i get equal height?, do i adjust the coilover gap to different height settings or adjust the spring tension adjuster to set equal height? how have you guys equal your ride height? Coils were fitted by Charlesworth motors a while back.. Ta
