Can anyone help me to identify the colour of my 2005 RX400H? It's the dark grey metallic with blue and gold sparkles in the paint.

I did know it once but my memory's given up on me. I saw one on Autotrader and it was described as pearlescent grey; but that didn't ring a bell. I may be wrong. Please help!

Are you interested just to know the name or do you want to obtain some touch up paint? If the latter then you should use the three character colour code on the VIN plate rather than a name, which is different from country to country, between Lexus and Toyota, and ever dealers refer to certain colours with multiple names.

The 400h launched with the following colour options:

St Lucia Pearl (White), Platinum Ice (Silver), Aleutian Grey, Astral Black, Persian Quartz (bronze/gold), Cherwell Green and Stafford Blue.

At last. Well done, Colin. Aleutian Grey! Yes. I just want some touch up paint. In fact I need a spray can. Do they do spray cans as well as the touch up pots, do you know? Thanks. Chris.

You'd be able to get a spray can from paints4u for a decent price as well as touch up sticks should you need them
