Not Seen Another Lexus Recently!

Since I ordered my IS300h a couple of months ago, I have only seen three others, possibly only two, as the white ones I saw in Tring may have been the same car!

Any owners in or near West Herts?

No, sorry not in your area.

I'm not seeing more as such, just noticing more, athough very few around in the Hampshire area too. I guess that is just the nature of owning, or getting one.

Three sounds about right for volumes of Lexus, but isn't that nice to be in a exclusive club :)

before i bought my 1st lexus a ct i saw the odd 1 after i bought it they seemed to be everywhere,the 300h seems to be different

i have only had mine just over a week and haven't seen another one at all ,i think they are like hens teeth pretty rare sight

Well, to hijack my own thread, I saw quite a few Lexus cars today - at Lexus Birmingham. I took the train to Brum, hopefully to pick my car up, unfortunately it had been delayed, and only arrived at the dealer today. I did actually see it though, as it disappeared into the workshop!!

I was given a courtesy car, an Executive Edition, which I'll use for a couple of days then swap when mine's ready.

An yes, I know I could have had it delivered, but I chose not to!

First impressions, well the loaner has just under 4,000 miles on it, and I managed 60.1mpg displayed, on the approx 100 miles mainly motorway run home. Extremely smooth and comfortable, I haven't got to grips with any of the bells and whistles yet, I'll have a play this evening.

Took me ages to work out why I couldn't lock the car though - I didn't realise you had to physically switch it off at the power button..................

Didn't the car bong madly at you, having opened the door and got out without having switched it off? Bit of shame you couldn't get into yours but at least you are in one!
