Well... I Got My New Lexus

Well I finally managed to get my new Lexus.

I eventually ended up with a W Reg Lexus IS200 Sport with every available option from the option list, including Satellite Navigation.

I will upload pics very soon.

I apologise to The Don, as I did agree to buy his, but the one I got was a much higher spec and more local. Airdrie in Scotland to London is quite a distance.

Anyway, apologies to Don again!

I have 18" Kahn RS-C alloys ready to be fitted tomorrow.

Future mods planned are HKS Exhaust and maybe, just maybe DVD theatre with screens in the headrests. :) Will have to wait and see as I'm a bit skint after paying for the alloys

the Mr2 i test drove needs about £1500 worth of work. would have been ok if i had the cash.

today so far:

There are pics from the dealer in my garage. I first seen the motor on eBay, but it didn't last long, as I phoned the dealer straight away and left a deposit. Then paid cash for the balance.

When I phoned the auction was sitting at £12,750 with still 3 days to go.

I was lucky to get it for £12k, and they knocked £750 off as I paid cash.

I dread to think what the price would have been if they left the auction running to the end.
