Tyres For A Gs 300 Mark 2 Sport

What tyres would people recommend for a GS 300 Mark 2 Sport? My preference are for quietness and comfort rather than performance.

Mine has Pirellis of some description on at the moment. What tyres do other people use?

To be perfectly honest, I use the cheapest (but not remolds) I can get. Currently some unpronouncable Jap ones from ATS @ £70.oo each fitted :D I do a lot (about 35-40,000 miles) a year and the more expensive ones dont seem to last that much longer.

I've got Nankang Ultra Sport NS-2's on at the moment. seem fine, good tread pattern and quiet enough. £85 per corner from qwik-fit.

Same as me m8 can't fault the NS-2's on my Soarer TT

The sport isn't the best for those two things and most tyre manufacturers don't do there quite tyres in 18" 40 profile. Yokohama do though with the AVS dB V550. They are meant to be nice and quite but not many places stock them and they are expensive.
