Map update

Hi Rebecca,

New member here.

Been waiting 6 weeks now, since I bought the car from our local dealer (1.5 hrs drive away), for the Sat Nav manual. 3 calls to them and still no manual so I thought I would try the forum. So TY for the link but when I click use it to get a map update and try to select the IS 300h Premium diagram ( last on the right), it just shows me a diagram of the menu screen. Is there any other way to search fror a map update for a 2014 Premium IS300h?
