Hi all, just a question as recently I was checking out some lexus technical service bulletins. I have found one (CP-8002 if I recall correctly; if anyone has it please share) relating to a noise after pulling away. Basically, it only happens sometimes, when pulling from a stop and at relatively slow speeds, and only when changing from 1st gear to 2nd gear. When I got the car (around 3 years ago) my mechanic dismissed it as it is not an issue. but since I have found a TSB relating to this I am now concerned.

are you sure this isnt clutch judder you are experiencing? Usually caused by the dual mass flywheel failing, but potentially also the engine/transmission mounts

I really don't think so. I have found this thread and it's the same. Apparently, it really is something that Lexus has dismissed as normal.
