Has anyone seen a Tesla hearse yet? As I was driving back to base on the M60 I got overtook by an outstanding looking hearse. I couldn't make out what car it was based on but when it got into the inside lane for the M66 I saw the badge on the back. Tesla. WOW. I've just seen there's a company doing these hearses.

Did it have a wicker coffin in the back on the way to a woodland interment.  🙂 Very green.

Actually, this is a good application for an electric vehicle. The journeys are mostly local and charging at the funeral directors will be simple.

When my father was taken on his final journey, it was in a Jaguar. The cars for the following family were Jaguars too. I was considering moving to the Dark Side and investigating an XE when my beloved IS250 was nearing 10 years old. However, the Jaguar I was in rattled all the way to the Crematorium and the fit and finish was awful. I'll stick with Lexus thank you very much.
