Anybody got an updade on this email address please, it's about a year old and gets sent back unknown? The last bit is correct ( lgb ..... ).

I want to try Customer Services / Relations first to give them a chance before I go higher ;)

slightly different, it has an added dot.

Do you guys have much luck emailing dealers to ask about service quotes etc?

I've emailed my two nearest dealers (Newcastle and Teesside) about 5 times each now and I have only received one reply from Teesside that didn't even answer my question!
