LS460 - Oxfordshire Lexus support

Hi All

 

I'm a new member here and about to pull the trigger on getting a used LS460. Just wanted to ask the community a couple of things.

 

1/ If you want to update the hifi but keep the ML amp etc is there any way of updating it so that it can take modern storage cards, Bluetooth etc ?

2/ Do you know any recommended specialist in the Oxfordshire for dealing with these cars ?

Check the car will run on E10 fuel or having said that most cars shouldn’t 👍🧐🤪

I don’t use E10! 
Are you able to do any maintenance yourself?

The early LS460s cannot run E10 fuel.

• IS250 2.5 litre V6 with engine 4GR-FSE made between August 2005 and September 2007.
• GS300 3.0 litre V6 with engine 3GR-FSE made between January 2005 and September 2007.
• LS460 4.6 litre V8 with engine 1UR-FSE made between August 2006 and September 2007.
  These models, and those produced before 1998 should continue to use E5.
