Is200d traction light flashed engine cut out and won’t start now

Was driving and traction control light flashed and engine cut out and won’t start now it started with easy start sprayed in air box my mechanic does not know what it can be he had a look said it’s getting fuel up to fuel rail it’s as if diesel is not going through injectors there’s no codes when checked with a obd scanner

Got  auto technician to look over car he said 1 off the injectors had the correct ohms and the other 3 the reading were going high and all over the place he said i need to replace 3 injectors can 3 injectors go bad at the same time car was running fine from i bought it and just died a don’t want have to buy 3 injectors and it’s not that if anybody has had this problem before can you let me know if it was the injector ecu or that any help would be appreciated thanks
