How can I activate my voice recognition

My Lexus is200t voice recognition is not working, when I press the voice button, it says there’s no voice tag saved, how can I register a voice tag and save it, I can’t find any settings for it. Please help.

Hi Peter. I've never come across this but try disconnecting the 12v Battery for 30-40 minutes. Reconnect and try the voice button again. Disconnecting the Battery resets many things so you'll have to operate each window fully up and fully down to get the one touch working.

Is there not advice within the Handbook Crypto ?
