I was really disappointed when the independent Lexus/Toyota garage I’d been using for years closed down,   and quite frankly worried about where I was going to find great Lexus service at a fair price and with excellent customer service. Admittedly I had to deal with a couple of outfits I could only  describe as cowboys and lost some money along the way  before I came across DMB Automotive Ltd… Toyota Service | DMB Automotive | Essex. / 0208 914 7968. Dan specialises in Lexus/Toyota, has done for years and is just brilliant. He was able to identify in minutes what others had  bulls***d about, fixed the problem giving me a choice of genuine or non-branded parts with accompanying reasonable pricing. My Lexus now drives so smoothly and purrs quietly. The knowledge and proactive customer service are second to none and definitely something to shout about!

Saved them in my bookmarks and just sent them a couple of questions... will see how it goes! Thanks for the reccommendation!
