Windscreen washers

Woke up this morning and found my ES covered in baby snow and ice . De-iced the windscreen and put screen heater on. Tried to use washers and no fluid came out despite screen tank full on -20deg screen wash……

checked washer outlet nozzle and big blob  of ice stuck there.

can anyone confirm if the washer outlets are heated  cos couldn’t  see any wiring going into the bonnet and washers didn’t  work until  ran warm water over the outlets.

couldn’t find any reference in the owners manual …..

thanks

Thought heated jets were on most modern cars these days? Is this position uniform throughout the entire Lexus range?

Heated nozzles are available on the RX, no idea on the grade but my handbook states they come on at temperatures below 5c. I've not suffered from frozen nozzles on my F-Sport with Takumi pack.
