Plug in Charing system malfunction

I picked up my NX450h+ last week in October. All fine until 18 Jan when had engine warning light come on with message Plug in charging system malfunction. Booked into dealer but had to wait just over a week. Within 4 days warning lights disappeared. Three weeks later they came back on with same message.  Again booked into dealer and again they disappeared the day before going into garage. Mechanics cannot find anything wrong as warnings not showing when in their garage. But they have said it is probably my cable that I’m using to charge vehicle. 
I have a Hypervolt fixed cable charger, which I’ve used since picking up car and really don’t believe how it can be this that is causing warning messages. Car has been charging fine even when these warnings have been displayed. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Apart from a faulty matte installed when British Gas installed the wall charger (which they quickly fixed), I haven't, Touch Wood, had anything like that with my 450h+. Hope it gets sorted for you.

I have the Lexus supplied EV charger. I use the hive app to manage the charging. I charged yesterday and on completion of charge a received an error on the app indicating the charger was not connected.

I followed he troubleshooting advice, but still no joy. I then called the support line. Apparently it’s a hive app issue affecting a small number of users. They expect resolution within 48 hours.

I am having exactly the same issue and tried the trouble shooting procedures without success. BG confirmed that it's an issue that they are working to correct. Can still use the charger but it will not record use.
