Head up Display not working

Dear Lexus family members,

I have just registered myself for the first in LEXUSOWNERSCLUB.

I was wondering if someone has experienced their head up display stopped working/ display. I have tried every switch/ buttons on/off & high / low but it’s still not working.

See if someone can help me guide through to how to bring back the display back on the windscreen.

I was also thinking there might be a separate fuse for the display.

It would be great help if someone can help me.

Hi Chirag. Welcome to the forum. 

Are you saying that the head-up display is not showing at all? If so then it should be possible to turn it on via the following "Hey Lexus" command:-

"Hey Lexus Turn on the head-up display"

Alternatively you can turn it on via the Infotainment screen. Go to Settings > Vehicle customise > Head-up display

If these suggestions don't work then it might require a visit to your dealer for further investigation.

Look up the American deep dive tutorial as I am certain they advise turning off the hud when first setting up the cruise control etc. as it's easier to see on the dashboard. They then I am certain to through turning it back on.
