2023 NX 350h resale.

Has anyone sold their new NX350h? My personal circumstances have changed a lot since I placed my order over a year ago and will continue to do so. I'm considering how I get on with the car when it eventually arrives and selling it after a few months of ownership if necessary. I don't want to cancel my order as I'm sure the Dealers have many prospective owners lined up. Any advice?

Surely releasing the order with the dealer is the cheapest option to go for?

with the demand for them at the moment I can’t see them keeping any deposits. 

if you take delivery and then sell it you’ll lose the VAT at the very least.  it’s better to put that money into a different car rather than paying the tax which you won’t get back?

No,it's not the affordability. It's family medical issues. I don't want to cancel the order at the last minute and the Dealer/Lexus make lots of £'s . It's nice to share a little.

If the demand is as high as it seems.
Get it, runit a while then sell it.
You might even turn a profit due to demand and with many people being far more impatient these days, they potentially would pay a premium to have the "hot" NX now, now now!!!
