Lit up like a Christmas tree

So the wife's car this morning, randomly gave all these error messages out of the blue.

Recently serviced motd via dealer. 

Then in the drive through this morning every light on the dash lit up 

 

Braking power low

Abs system malfunction

Brake override malfunction

Pre crash safety malfunction

 

 

Anybody any ideas 😇😂

May just take it to Halfords then rather than booking in at lexus 😂

If it's been recently serviced and the Battery is bad, there should be a "fail" on the hybrid health check, which also looks at the 12v Battery. They should have told you about it.

Halfords is fine if you want a sponge or some screenwash, I would not let their techs touch my Lexus.

Check the 12V Battery first as others have suggested.

For a Battery I'd let my neighbours dog do it. I wouldn't take it to Halfords for anything other than the Battery or consumables lol. 

 

Any work is done via dealer so.

I want to see a vid your neighbours dog changing the Battery, or even the trained monkeys at Halfords 😂 yeah to get a Battery im happy to go to anywhere as well,

Did these go off at all.when running or just stay off till you replaced Battery

Cant remember… this was about 6/7yrs ago and car already booked into a lexus dealership for a warranty issue i had so after contacting lexus assist they send the RAC up to mine to see if they could get car sorted for me to drive down to drop car off, but we all agreed it was unsafe for me to travel the 200miles down to Edinburgh so car was recovered… my Battery was totally kaputt…. And lexus put a new Battery on when they were doing my warranty job (drivers heated seat stopped heating), never told me if they needed to clear the warnings or it cleared itself…sorry not helpful
