My LS600H starts fine and then after about 15 minutes shuts down completely and wont  restart which is dangerous when driving . Not even the dash will come on .

If you wait a little while (10-15 mins), does it allow you to start?
If so, then it may be the crash sensor is acting up.
All Hybrids have a cut-off that isolates the electrical system in the event of a crash.
It is to prevent the electrocution of the occupants or the emergency services.

With that list of codes I'd be taking it to a Lexus dealer or a Lexus Hybrid specialist.

Lots of random codes like that are often a sign that the 12V Battery is dying, so my advice would be to take it to any garage/accessory shop and ask them to load test it for you. It only takes a couple of minutes so most places will do it free.

Don't use a standard multimeter because you may find that it measures something like 12.6V but as soon as any load is put on it, that voltage could drop like a stone to maybe even as low as 5V.

Robert .  is this the first issue you've had with your Ls600 ?   and over how long have you had her please ?

There's many on here look in awe at the beauty of the Ls600, and indeed one or two have had brilliant relationships with them

BUT, oh dear, when they go wrong then it seems as tho' their lives are expensively, hopelessly, impaired  .....  hope yours is summat trifling to sort out eh !

Some of us, like me, would like one but when seeing tales like your emerge just put us on tender hooks and the Ls600 acquisition on that backburner

Given that only 5 of the codes are current and 2 related to Battery I would agree with Herbs regarding the condition of the 12V auxiliary Battery.

Given that  the aux Battery is charged from the hybrid system excessive charge current demand and the fact the Battery has a temperature sensor if the Battery gets too hot during charging it could lead to a shut down situation.

If not you need “Diagnose Dan” on YouTube

I nearly forgot welcome to the LOC.Robert 😀
