This is why you might get a puddle in your boot pockets.

Mine needed a bit of a scrub, then made a pair of mats 😎

Oddly pockets are different sizes 😮

Fixed the potential leaky white clips. I could see daylight from inside the boot.

Rotten rubber seal.

Replaced with waterproof sealant.

Generic is fine. I gave away my lovely 90's gold and black one when I sold the GS.

Bought this off eBay about 4months ago for about £3.50

Prefer mine. £4.

Prefer mine free from Lewis Hamilton in exchange for my autograph. Alternative reality ,it came with the car.

I was at a car show back in 2017 at Knebworth and Lexus has a display of their latest models, I sat in all the cars and was asked to do a questionnaire…..my reward was a genuine keyring 😎…….anyway I went back 3 times (different salesmen)😁😁

One went on my previous SC430, have one on my current car and one in reserve for a future Lexus 😉

Previous owner fessed up to driving through car wash with aerial raised.

New motor unit was fitted but they neglected to put outside cover back on. Maybe was still at car wash.

Anyhow, this plastic drive has now snapped. Took whole thing off. Trying to source replacement outside trim and lock nut.

Few weeks not being driven. Flat Battery! Noco saves the day.

Took it for a quick drive to recharge. Hmmm...this thing does shift.

Really quite noisy inside the cabin with all the boot carpeting and the lower back seat removed.

Shocks and discs/pads fitted at the garage today.

Collecting the car tomorrow.

Throttle controller due tomorrow plus the missing aerial cover and nut.

All coming together for departure to Europe in two weeks.

Just have to replace all the boot interior now.
